In this hands-on session, Dr Chao Suo (Monash University) looks at ways to implement ML techniques for neuroimaging using the CVL desktop. Participants will follow analysis pipelines using example data. Workshop attendees are also invited to BYO data and are welcome to ask Chao’s advice and guidance for their planned analyses.
Session information
During this session, workshop participants will log into the CVL@M3 node and complete workflows using example datasets.
No prior experience is needed to attend this workshop. A background in ML concepts is recommended. The session is designed to help people who attended the webinar on 19 May 2022, but the session is open to all who may be interested in learning how to start to use these techniques. Topics covered will suit researchers new to brain imaging processing, but will equally benefit experienced researchers who are unfamiliar with the CVL environment.
Please note: In order to participate, attendees must have an account to access CVL@M3.
This workshop will be limited to a maximum of 20 places. If there is demand, we are able to schedule further sessions on future dates.
