This is a drop-in session for CVL@Wiener users who attended the previous workshop on 26 May and who would like to ask any questions about adapting the workflows to work on that platform. Previous attendees with follow-up questions regarding running analyses on CVL@M3 are also welcome to pop by.
Session information
Dr Chao Suo will be available online for an hour to answer any curly questions you may have about adapting the steps from CVL@M3 to work on CVL@Wiener.
CVL@M3 users are also welcome to bring along any datasets of their own that they may need to troubleshoot.
This session is designed to help people who attended the previous session on 26 May 2022, but the session will be an informal drop-in session, so any brain imaging researchers with any questions relating to ML analysis within the CVL are very welcome to attend.
